How To Make A Bootable USB

Sometimes our CD/DVD writer stops working and we try to install windows by making a bootable USB. It is not difficult to make a bootable USB. You just need a burning program like Ultra ISO, Power ISO etc. There a number of free programs available on internet, you can use anyone but we are using Ultra ISO. Now just opt the following steps.

Step 1:-  Download the ISO file from Microsoft or from other sources. You can also make ISO files through your present .exe file.

To make ISO file from .exe file or from CD/DVD open your burning program and Click on make CD/DVD image in tools option.

Step 2:- Save your ISO file and give an easy name to it and remember the location of it. It will be of same size as that on your disk.

It will take long time to create ISO depending upon the speed of your system.

Step 3:- In Ultra ISO open Bootable option and click on Write Image.

Step 4:- After that Choose the disk drive and format it.

Step 5:- Then choose the ISO image you previously saved and click on Write tab. It will take up to 10-15 minutes depending upon your system's speed.

Now you will get a Bootable USB.
