An irate passenger in a luxury sports car was driven up a wall after a Colorado skater smashed up his smooth ride’s windshield.
YouTube user Paul Gonzo said that he was trying to shoot a video of the sunset when he captured the encounter between a skater “kid” and a McClaren 12C pulling up to a Denver intersection.
The cameraman said that the kid was knocked off his board when the car, which can sell for more than $200,000 new, rolled past a stop sign outside the Little Man Ice Cream shop.
Gonzo says that the passenger in the vehicle yelled at the boarder, and a honk is heard before a resounding thwack.
The passenger jumps out of the car and is then seen chasing the roadrunner into the sunset as the clip zooms in past the car’s scissor doors to survey the damage.
YouTube user Paul Gonzo posted a video of the damage the car received (left) and a passenger chasing after the skater "kid" who caused it.
A crowd gathered outside the ice cream shop watched as the driver speeds away and an unidentified voice says “sorry, bud.”
Denver Police spokesman Eranda Tiyasena told the Daily News that his department was aware of the incident, but still waiting for a report about it.
“At this point they are both at fault,” he said of the driver’s apparent traffic infraction and the skater’s quick revenge.
