Ellen DeGeneres sued for making breast joke on show

Ellen DeGeneres sued for making breast joke on show : speed news us
A lawsuit against Ellen DeGeneres is seeking to milk some cash out of the talk show host.

A breast joke made by the comedian during “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” has led to legal action from a Coldwell Banker real estate agent named Titi Pierce.

During a segment of her skit “What's Wrong With These Ads...and These Signs,” the 58-year-old funny lady pronounced Pierce’s name as “Titty” as she displayed one of the woman’s advertising signs.

“Prior to defendant’s misdeeds, Ms. Pierce has been called only by her name ‘Titi,’ which, as grammar dictates, is pronounced ‘TEE TEE,'” a lawsuit filed in a Georgia court last week said.

The Nigerian name means flower, the suit explained.

DeGeneres made the mispronunciation right after showing a sign that read “Nipple Convalescent Home.”

“Titty Pierce, sounds like she might have spent some time in that nipple home, I don’t know,” she told a laughing crowd.

The Georgia woman’s personal cellphone was displayed during the segment. Pierce claims in her lawsuit obtained by the News that she was soon hounded by harassing calls.

“Bahhh, your name is titty Pierce, bahhh, bahhh, titty, bahhh, Ellen DeGeneres told me to call you,” one caller reportedly said in a voicemail.
