'YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE IT'S NOT TOO SHEER': Florida woman busts creep who harassed her 2 years ago by asking her if she was wearing panties
A Florida woman approached by a man holding a basket full of razors in the bikini section of a Target store caught him on camera, she said.

Candice Spivey recognized Jeffrey Polizzi, 31, last week at the Jacksonville-area Target as the same creep who asked her indecent questions at a grocery store two years ago, according to the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.

Polizzi, who was convicted of video voyeurism in 2009, could be seen on Spivey’s cell phone video telling her, “You want to make sure it’s not too sheer or clear.”

Polizzi reacted in horror when she asked him if he remembered the earlier encounter. He dropped the basket, ran out of the store and sprinted out of the parking lot as Spivey yelled, “Get this guy! Stop him! Stop this guy! Call the cops!”

Police called to the Yulee Target later arrested him on reckless driving charges, according to the sheriff’s office. Spivey said an officer driving to the scene spotted Polizzi when he sped his truck out of the State Road 200 store’s parking lot and onto a nearby highway to try to flee.

Spivey chased “after his sorry ass because I wanted his tag info,” she wrote in a Facebook post with the video, which had been viewed over 1.7 million times by Monday afternoon.

“I wanted this guy caught. There was something not right about him,” Spivey said in the post. “He has approached minors as well, and there's no telling how he could easily manipulate a young mind and how far he could take the situation.”

Spivey said Polizzi had first spoken to her at a Publix grocery store where he was banned for harassing her with questions about panties.

“Hey there I don't mean to bother you but I just bought this maxi dress for my wife at Ross and I was kinda worried about the sheerness of it,” she said Polizzi had said with his shopping cart full of razors. She said Polizzi then asked if his wife needed to shave “down there” and whether Spivey was wearing panties.

Her video had been viewed over 1.7 million times by Monday afternoon. Polizzi could be seen running out of the store and sprinting out of the parking lot in the video.

Police said Polizzi took pictures of women in changing rooms at another Florida store in 2009, according to court records cited by ABC News. Efforts to reach Polizzi were not successful Monday.

The sheriff’s office posted Polizzi’s mug shot on its Facebook page Wednesday, the day after the Target encounter, and requested the public’s help.

“If you have been approached by Polizzi, please contact Detective Kelley at 904-548-4074,” officials in the sheriff’s office said. “We are here to protect you! Please share.”

Representatives for the sheriff’s office didn’t immediately respond to a request for updates in the investigation. Several users discussed previous incidents in comments below the investigators’ Facebook post.

“He did this to me in 2014,” one user wrote. “Walmart - River City.”

“He approached me 4 YEARS AGO at Riverside Publix with the same little speech,” another user said. “I still remember it to this day and how creeped out I felt! He's clearly been doing this for a long time.”

“I really hope you guys keep this man off the streets as you can see he needs help!” a third user wrote. “Please don't wait for him to actually hurt someone! I appreciate that you guys are looking into it and taking it seriously!”

Erika Winkels, a spokeswoman for Target, said the safety and security of customers and staff are of "utmost importance" to the company.

"We have robust safety measures in place," Winkels said in an emailed statement. "As soon as this was brought to our attention, our team quickly partnered with law enforcement."
